Hats

I'm a bit of a fiend for hats. I've worn them all my life, as does my husband and my girlies. They are everyday items to my family, like shoes and coats and bags. In my teens, I made a nightcap and wore it to bed for several years. I wear hats in the studio most days. I did consider millinary as a career option, but never followed that through. In Wonderland (our downstairs bathroom) there is a small collection of some of the more interesting hats we own. A plague mask, a Gendarme hat, a floral bowler and a steampunk top hat, to name but a few. They all get worn. It was only a matter of time before my hat obsession became a project. That time is now...
